My Trip To Ardverikie Estate

Hello All, I hope your all well? So today I thought I'd write about my trip to The Ardverikie Estate, On  May 24, 2015 My dream came true and I got to go (FINALLY) I had always wanted to go and visit this beautiful place after watching Monarch Of The Glen (A Scottish/British drama about A London restaurateur inherits a run-down Scottish estate and it follows his journey getting the estate back on track) I loved the show very much and hoped that one day I could go there! My sister In law heard I wanted to go so after 3 years of nearly getting to go and hoping that I would someday she and my nephew made my dream a reality! It was the best feeling knowing I was finally going to this amazing place! They hold a Garden open day every year (usually in may/ June with called Aberarder Lodge) Once we got there it was crazy! I couldn't believe I was finally there, We walked around and looked at all the flowers/ plants and even had a sneaky look inside through the windows, We took lot's of great pictures too, If you haven't yet gone I highly recommend it! If you ever come to Scotland and like me LOVED the show defiantly make sure you have a look if your in Scotland in (May/June) They have a website so you can have a look on there to see when a Garden open day is happening (This year it's happening on May 28th http://www.ardverikie.com/2015/12/news/

5 Tips On What To Expect Owning A Jack Russell Terrier!

Hello All, I thought as I own two very crazy Jack Russell's I would write a blog post giving you 5 Tips On What To Expect Owning A Jack Russell Terrier.  So let's get started!

1,) They are FULL of energy!

There is never a dull moment owning a Jack Russell, They're always wanting to play or randomly running around like crazy! Or if you happen to get a Jack Russell like my Ruby They'll LOVE TV! Jack Russell's need lots of walks as they have so much energy, You need to tire them out I normally give my two Jack's about a hour when we go for walks which normally does the trick!

2,) The LOVE cuddles!

My two absolutely love cuddles, Daisy normally lies on my chest and puts one paw over me snuggling in, However Ruby is more "I'll climb on mums back when she least expects it" kinda cuddle. You'll not get a more loving dog than a Jack.

3,) They have the best personality's

They can be funny, smart, unpredictable and did I mention AMAZING?? My two know where we cross the roads on our walk they normally tell me it's time to cross before I even realise! Daisy knows every socket in the house I switch off she will sit and wait at each socket for me at night and If I miss one she barks to tell me, Ruby however would much rather watch TV yes! I know I said she watches TV (she's crazy!) She loves Football and Rugby, Dog shows and Vloggers on YouTube! the only downside is she has to give you a running commentary... Not fun!

4,) They Love to play!

My two love playing tug of war once the game starts it normally last's quite a while, Neither will give up until one gives up which almost NEVER happens! (you guessed it) So the game takes a while but can be extremely funny! In the summer they love going to the local football pitch for a good game of fetch with they're ball! It's super cute!

5,) They are simply the best breed!

They are the most adorable, funny loving dogs in the world, I can guarantee you If you get a Jack Russell you won't regret it instead you'll be laughing non stop and so thankfully they came into your life!

Thank You for reading my Blog, I hope you enjoyed it and i'll see you all next Saturday! 🙂
